The development of the District 11 freehold condo Fyve Derbyshire, which is the former Derby Court, will be carried out by RH Develpments Two Pte Ltd, a subsidiary company under Roxy-Pacific.

The launch of Fyve Derbyshire Condo in Novena is preceded by Roxy-Pacific‘s successful launches of 120 Grange, The Navian, and Arena Residences.

The developer will also be launching a District 9 freehold new project at River Valley, RV Altitude, at the same time as Fyve Derbyshire Condo.
