Sales of new private homes holding up in August
Primary market sales stayed strong in August 2019, with developers selling more than a thousand units.
Projects which recorded good sales include the recently launched Parc Clematis, The Florence Residences, Treasure at Tampines, Parc Botannia and Parc Esta.
In the coming two months of September and October, there will be 2 new freehold condo launches at District 11.
One of the launches is Pullman Residences, which is located within 3 minutes walk from the Newton MRT station. The developer of Pullman Residences is EL Development.
The other project is Neu At Novena by Roxy-Pacific. The District 11 development is situated just 4 minutes walk from Novena MRT station.
